Pura Vida Flow is a postpartum coaching program
created to help women regain their mental, physical,
and emotional balance through body movement.
Drawing inspiration from the Costa Rican 'pura vida' philosophy,
the shoot captures a soothing,
supportive space where new mothers can feel
seen and reconnect with their bodies.
The aim of the shoot was also to showcase
the intimacy of the maternal bond,
and postpartum in all its diversity:
powerful, tender, and imperfect.
